What this page tells you: how to contact us if you can help find the cause or have a question.

Can you help us find why our chilled-water AC plant failed? We would like to hear from marine electrical and refrigeration engineers, forensic laboratories, Climma/Veco and Danfoss MCX technicians, and owners who have been through something similar. We would also welcome advice from people experienced in marine insurance claims where the exact cause of a failure is hard to establish. Questions and corrections are welcome too.
